一．电器性能规格　electrical  characteristics

测试条件   test  conditions

在微小电流(100ma )以下测试

measured  at  small l current (100ma or less)  1000hz

输入500v电压1分钟,按以下方式测试:apply a voltage of 250v dc for 1 min to following portions  after mhich measurement shall be made:

(1)    塑胶体与针脚之间  (1)between  body  and  conductor

(2)    不接触的针脚之间  (2)between  conductor  not  to  be contact

输入ac500v(50-60hz)电压,1分钟感应电流为0.5ma,按以下方法测试:

ac 250v ims(50-60hz) for 1 min trip current: 0.5 ma

(1)塑胶体与排脚之间  (1)between  terminals

(2)不接触的排脚之间:  (2)between  individual terminals and frame

-25℃----+75℃

在没有指定的情况下测试温度,湿度,气压如下:

unless otherwise specified , the stardard range or atmospheric conditions  for making measurements and tests are as follows

(1)    温度为5℃--35℃       (1)ambient temperature:5℃to  35℃

(2)    湿度为45%--85%       (2)relative humidity :45% to 85%

(3)    气压为80kpa----106kpa (3)air pressure : 80kpa  to  106kpa

二.机械性能规格  mechanical  characteristics

在排脚前端任意一个方向的先端加上300克力力度测试，时间为15秒

a static load of 300gf shall be applied to the tip of the terminal for 15 sec in any direction

负荷：在负荷的条件下以每分钟25-30回的频率进行100,000次的负荷测试;

aswitch shall be subjected to 100.000 cycles at a speed of 25-30 cycles for 1 min
